Job summary

A construction company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore. Responsibilities include quantity take-off for projects, updating drawings, and contracts administration. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in building/civil works and a diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. Experience with commercial and HDB projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 Years experience in building/civil in Singapore.
• Preferably with experience in handling Commercial / HDB / HIP projects.

Responsibilities

• Take-off quantity for tender & on-going projects.
• Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information.
• Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents.
• Contracts administration such as valuations of variations etc.
• Other duties assigned by Contract Manager.
