Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality management and regulatory compliance across operations. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Pharmacy or a related field, possess 5-8 years of experience in quality roles within logistics or healthcare, and be a licensed Pharmacist. Responsibilities include training staff, managing audits, and implementing quality improvements. Strong communication skills and willingness to travel are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in quality roles within logistics, healthcare, or medical device environments.
  • Need to be a licensed Pharmacist and willing to be a license holder for SG Healthcare facilities.
  • Prior experience managing a team of 5–8 Quality Executives is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HSA audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to Johor Bahru and other parts of Malaysia as required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
  • Review and implement standard operating procedures and train personnel on regulatory topics.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, HSA regulations, and customer-specific quality requirements.
  • Manage customer complaints related to quality and conduct investigations.
  • Suggest quality improvements to operational procedures and client work instructions.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
