Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with BCD device design is an advantage.

Introduction

This position is for BCD/Analog device design & process development. Solid understanding of BCD device fundamentals is essential. The candidate should take a lead role in design rule definition, test structure design, device development DOE and device characterization.

Your Job

• Lead BCD/Analog device design & design rule definition efforts with support teams.
• Process and device tuning DOE design
• Support customer technical communication.
• Own design rule & EP documents
• Co-ordinate SPICE/PDK development with support teams
• Ensure timely support on customer requests

Other Responsibilities

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Master\u2019s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience (2 years with PhD) in technology development, device design, debugging and process integration in manufacturing environment.
• Device physics knowledge is essential
• Effective communication skills. Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
