Qualifications

Job description

Position: Mechanical Engineer

Experience: 6-10yr

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelors or master’s in mechanical /aerospace engineering or equivalent,
• 6-10 years of experience in Aerospace MRO industry, with a strong foundation in RR Engine
• Overhauling process and/or component Repair processes.
• Familiarity with SAP and MES platform is preferred.
• MRO specific Shop floor experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team of engineers to create and standardize process instructions for MRO activities.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain work orders, routings, BOMs, and operation sequences in line with aerospace quality standards.
• Drive process harmonization and best practice implementation across MRO facilities.
• Support deployment and configuration of Solumina MES including workflow design, user training, and post-deployment support.
• Map and validate data transfers and workflows between SAP and MES platforms.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance (AS9100, FAA/EASA) through aligned digital processes.
