Junior / Graduate Trader Singapore

Looking for a Junior / Graduate Trader with initiative to develop trading strategies and learn how to manage risk and capital in real time. You’ll be working on our Delta One desk starting by building a deep understanding of market dynamics and trading fundamentals while gradually taking more ownership of your own strategies and positions.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades and gain hands‑on trading experience under the supervision of senior traders;
• Stay ahead of market changes, regulations and industry developments;
• Support the trading desk with research, modelling and automation projects;
• Assist in designing, testing and implementing trading strategies across various markets;
• Over time take ownership of your own trading decisions.

What we are looking for

• You have a degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, Computer Science or similar);
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to make fast and confident decisions under pressure;
• Proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive drive and attention to detail;
• Clear communicator with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills;

Nice to have

• Some experience in a trading role, preferably in Crypto Options or Delta One trading;
• Experience in Python programming for automation and data analysis purposes;
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, SQL;
• Already located in Singapore.
