The IT Automic Automation Specialist supports a leading bank by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated job scheduling workflows using Automic. The role involves gathering requirements from IT teams, advising service owners, and supporting IT operations, change, release, and incident management in a regulated environment.Client Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain job scheduling and workflow automations using Automic
  • Gather and analyze automation requirements from IT specialists and service owners
  • Implement workflows in line with internal standards and governance guidelines
  • Support IT Service Management processes related to automation and scheduling
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices for workflow automation solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated jobs and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams within a global financial environment
Profile
  • At least 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience with Automic Automation (UC4) or similar scheduling tools
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex technical and operational issues
  • Structured, reliable, and calm under pressure while meeting defined KPIs and metrics
  • Solid technical expertise in Unix, Java, Shell scripting, and IT operations processes
  • Experience in requirements analysis, workflow design, and Change, Release, and Incident Management
