The successful candidate will establish relationships with doctors and hospital stakeholders while leading business development strategies. A background in healthcare or medical devices, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience, is essential. The role requires strong communication and strategic thinking skills, focusing on achieving sustained business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Business Development or Sales & Marketing experience in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Experience in specialties such as ENT, Cardiovascular, Urology, or similar clinical areas is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in opening new markets, channels, and hospital accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, penetrate, and develop new hospital accounts and clinical specialties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and specialists.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements and governance processes are effectively met.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure cohesive execution.
