As a Fundraising Support Specialist in our CoreOps (BackOffice) team, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven movement to scale generosity and impact across Asia. Your work directly empowers individuals, charities, and corporate partners to raise funds that transform lives. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for fundraisers, patients, donors, and charity staff — answering questions, resolving issues, and providing compassionate support throughout their fundraising journey. Whether you’re reviewing urgent medical appeals, assisting donors, or helping charities onboard with our tools, your care and precision will help ensure that every act of kindness reaches the people who need it most.

This is more than an operations role — it’s a frontline position in our mission to grow a movement of unstoppable kindness across Asia.

What You’ll Do

• Help Launch Life-Changing Campaigns – Guide fundraisers through their journey — from submission to publication — so they can focus on what matters: helping others.
• Support Donors and Beneficiaries Alike – Assist donors with questions and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless giving experience, while making sure every beneficiary’s story is respected and responsibly shared.
• Ensure Campaign Quality & Compliance – Review documents and campaign content carefully, ensuring that all submissions meet our standards and local regulations before they go live.
• Empower Charities & Corporate Partners – Support nonprofit and corporate clients in setting up donation pages, event campaigns, and employee giving initiatives using our digital tools.
• Collaborate to Scale Impact – Work closely with designers, engineers, and our regional leads to improve tools, workflows, and user experience — all to help fundraisers succeed faster.
• Adapt to Ambiguity & Change – Every day brings new types of campaigns and scenarios — from migrant workers needing urgent surgery to disaster relief efforts or donor follow-ups, provide flexible support wherever the greatest need is.

Job Location: Work remotely

Salary Range: 600-900 SGD
