Renewable contract role in East. 5‑day work week (Mon‑Fri 9am‑6pm, shift hours vary by project). Basic up to $4500. Our client is one of the leading providers of financial compliance in Singapore, working with various institutions. You will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software for various projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver desktop and end‑user IT support, troubleshooting issues
• Manage incidents and service requests end‑to‑end, including escalation handling and SLA monitoring
• Perform device setup, data migration, and hardware refresh activities
• Support desktop platform upgrades and migration projects by coordinating schedules, communicating with users, conducting post‑migration validation, and providing stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support
• Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field
• Familiarity with data analysis
