The Role

The candidate will be taking the lead in improving the quality of service in the deep cleaning category. A candidate in this position will be training and developing deep cleaning professionals for Urban Company Singapore, to help them achieve high performance standards.

• Plan and design training program
• Deliver deep cleaning training and retraining program to professionals
• Screening of professionals to ensure that the right candidates join the platform
• On-site customer audits to uphold top professional standards
• Update data repository to maintain records of the quality of professionals that complete the program
• Manage stock levels of cleaning inventory to maintain precise accounting of inventory movement

Minimum Qualifications

• A 4-10 years of professional experience in a similar role (deep cleaning supervisor, training) in a commercial cleaning company
• A proven track record of training in the deep cleaning industry
• Singaporean/PR
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Hands‑on mentality with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• A proven track record of training or housekeeping in the home cleaning industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Project and Excel
• Speaks English fluently
