Key Responsibilities
- Undertake the development and editing of courseware & assessment materials, including learner guides, slides, assessments, and instructor resources.
- Co-design and structuring of new courses, following market demand and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure audit-readiness of course files, version controls, and trainer records.
- Liaise with Programme Office for submission of course approval/renewal documents.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with SSG/SSG-approved templates, ISO 29993 standards, and AKC’s internal quality benchmarks.
- Update and improve courseware periodically based on trainer/learner feedback and regulatory changes.
- Compile course submission documents (e.g., outlines, lesson plans, assessment rubrics) for approval by SSG or other relevant authorities.
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor courses to ensure AKC remains industry-relevant.
- Prepare and maintain all compliance documentation for WSQ and Non-WSQ courses.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Education: DACE/DDDLP, Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, or related fields (fresh grads may apply).
- Experience: At least 5 years in training/education sector, L&D, or curriculum development.
- Skills:
- Strong writing, formatting, and document-structuring skills.
- Familiarity with training standards (SSG/WSQ, ISO, or similar) an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational ability.
- Comfortable working hands-on with trainers and course materials.
