Job Description:
- Oversees Project Department, Technical Department and Production Department
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for energy storage project construction and operations, aligning with the company's goals and objectives
- Provide strategic guidance to the Project team to ensure coordinated efforts and a cohesive approach throughout project lifecycles
- Monitor the progress of various projects, ensuring that construction and operational activities are carried out according to the established timelines and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects and operations adhere to relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other executive leaders to align strategies with broader company goals, ensuring a unified approach to growth and success
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building Façade)
- Strong leadership, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
- Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and a team player
- Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
