Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled Site Manager to lead construction projects. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and BIM. Responsibilities include site coordination, subcontractor management, procurement of materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
- Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
Responsibilities
- Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
- Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
- Manage internal and external subcon well to ensure quality of work.
- Planning of Structural works and micro scheduling.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality Dept.
- Procurement and Monitoring of structure related materials.
- Verify VO and prepare back charges.
- Attend sub-con meetings.
- Check compliance with TOP check list.
- Ensure work is constructed in accordance with PE design.
- Responsible for all inspection activities.
- Planning work activities in a safe environment.
- Update structural progress with scheduling tools.
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
