Job Description:

  • Responsible for growth in market share within assigned sales territory (Southeast Asia/India)
  • Manage customers' expectations with quick response to customers' queries
  • Provide technical consultation to customers' requirements
  • Develop and manage relationship with customers
  • Prepare costing, quotation, and technical proposal
  • Support and lead assigned projects
  • Develop and identify business potentials
  • Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis
  • Propose and implement sales strategy to meet company's growth and revenue plan
  • Maintain close communication with Regional Key Account Management to align regional strategies
  • Other duties or projects, as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or Business Management or its equivalent
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in automotive electronics industry. Preferably with business development and sales experience
  • Sales / Business development experience in automotive industry in Southeast Asia or India region
  • Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests
  • Goal-oriented and extremely hard working
  • Self-driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeed
  • Capable of collaborating with teams and achieving results
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive, extrovert personality, team player & goal focus
  • Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment
  • Willingness to travel
