Role

The Business Development Manager will focus on building strategic partnerships and corporate relationships to support the growth of the school. This role involves driving collaborations with companies, institutions, and community organizations to create value-added programs, sponsorships, and business opportunities that enhance the school’s reputation and sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations aligned with the school’s mission.
  • Develop and execute a corporate engagement strategy to support enrollment, branding, and revenue generation.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporates, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that deliver mutual benefits.
  • Work with internal teams (Marketing, Admissions, Academic) to design corporate-linked programs (e.g., scholarships, CSR initiatives, training, internship pathways).
  • Represent the school at networking events, conferences, and corporate functions.
  • Monitor market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on partnership performance and ROI to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor2 20s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate business development, B2B sales, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record in securing corporate sponsorships, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build high-level relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Experience in education, services, or CSR-related industries is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a start-up environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced international school environment.
