A leading marine equipment firm is seeking an experienced professional to enhance customer relationships and drive sales initiatives. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree and at least 3 years of experience in marine products. The role requires strong skills in customer insight analysis and sales strategies development, as well as the ability to travel for client visits. This position offers a competitive salary and annual incentives.
Marine Equipment Supplier (MNC)
Basic $4,400 - $5,500
Annual Incentive: 4% - 8% per annum

Location: Jurong East- International business park
Leverage data and customer insights (e.g. account performance, operations, buying patterns) to identify opportunities and convert them into proactive sales initiatives
Execute and follow up on sales initiatives to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships
Monitor account performance and take corrective actions to meet revenue, margin, and service-level targets
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring timely responses and full ownership of all interactions
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships based on trust, reliability, and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain a practical account plan with clear sales targets, stakeholder mapping, service priorities, and effective sales strategies
Coordinate internal stakeholders, elevate delivery or customer experience issues when needed, and ensure seamless service execution
Diploma/Degree holder.
Min 3 years of experience related to marine products.
Possibility to travel to visit customers when required (either locally or internationally).
