Job summary
A leading company in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to improve business systems and processes. Responsible for gathering requirements, designing workflows, and ensuring compliance with IT standards. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience and holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with Agile Scrum Master certification. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential for working effectively within the team.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Design system workflows, data models, and functional specifications.
- Conduct system testing, integration, and validation to ensure quality.
- Support system deployment, user training, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure solutions comply with IT security standards and organizational policies.
- Good understanding of government regulations, especially military service laws.
Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
