Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Supervisor with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the building materials or wood industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the sales team, providing top management with reports, and developing pricing policies. Excellent communication skills and 5–7 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years in B2B sales, preferably in building materials/wood industry.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities.
  • Provide reports to top management regarding sales and customer complaints.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality goods.
  • Formulate pricing policies according to profitability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain records of prospects, leads, and sales activities.

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate for this position must come from wooden factories & furniture industry.
  • Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
  • Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints report, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
  • Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets and promote business.
  • Formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to profitability requirements.
  • Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met
  • Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
  • Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.
  • Identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5–7 years in B2B sales, preferably in building materials / wood industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to identify potential areas of growth and identify new business partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety.
  • Strong organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
  • Assist for progress invoice and final invoice if required by management
