What you ll do:

• Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and increase engagement.
• Content Creation:
  • Produce, script, shoot, and edit compelling video content tailored to our Saudi audience.
  • Design graphics and write captions that align with our brand identity and appeal to local cultural nuances.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Influencer Collaboration:
  • Identify and build relationships with local influencers and content creators.
  • Coordinate campaigns and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Manage influencer agreements and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touch points.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

• 3+ years in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing social media accounts and producing engaging content.
• Experience in video including shooting and editing (professional equipment experience isn t required - the latest phones can be good enough!).
• Proficient in basic video editing software (e.g., Canva and Capcut) is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Arabic and English. Specifically KSA White, KSA Colloquial and modern standard Arabic are a must.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
