Role Overview:

We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team and help bring our brand, products, and stories to life through compelling visual content. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and editing videos for a range of use cases, including product launches, social media, paid campaigns, internal communications, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product videos, explainers, and social content.
2. Edit raw video footage into polished deliverables with strong narrative flow and brand alignment.
3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams to develop concepts and visual styles.
4. Create templates, visual assets, and guidelines to support content scalability.
5. Stay updated with video trends, animation techniques, and platform best practices (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
6. Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong storytelling, typography, and visual design sensibility.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
• Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and work independently.
• Bonus: Experience with 3D animation, sound design, or tools like Figma or Blender.

Nice to Have :

• Background in tech, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with localization and adapting content for international markets.
• Experience with managing video pipelines or motion asset libraries.
