As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions. You will also ensure compliance, drive financial efficiency, and provide strategic financial support to foster business growth.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support strategic business decisions with financial insights and risk assessments.
- Manage cost controls and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and internal controls.
- Provide financial leadership in the company’s growth and capital strategies, including experience in Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the F&B or retail sectors.
- Proven experience in IPO processes, including preparation, compliance, and coordination with regulatory bodies.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, Saudi tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
