Personal Trainer
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for our clients, providing guidance and motivation, and ensuring their safety during workouts.
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals and fitness level
- Design personalized workout plans based on clients' goals, needs, and abilities
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safe and effective workouts
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Provide ongoing motivation, support, and feedback to clients
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area at all times
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working with clients
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and research related to fitness training
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer in a professional setting
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise techniques, and nutrition principles
- Ability to create effective workout plans tailored to individual needs
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Salary: 1700$
