Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Solid knowledge of F&B operations and revenue management.
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to deliver excellent service.
- Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and maintaining cost controls.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of the team.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with all brand and legal standards.
- Work closely with culinary and F&B team to ensure menu quality and innovation.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and contribute to departmental budgets.
