• Maintaining an accurate register of all sales transactions
• Taking orders from customers and serving them with their desired beverages
• Upselling specialties whenever possible
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules and regulations set by the company
• Answering customer inquiries about coffee blends, flavors, brewing methods, etc.
• Following all established recipes accurately when preparing drinks
