Job Title: Barista
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1800 SAR/month

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high quality coffee drinks, as well as other refreshments, in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider candidates from abroad with minimal work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies and juices.
- Follow recipes accurately to prepare drinks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area and equipment.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu items and their ingredients.
- Receive payments from customers and process cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently process them in the computer system.
- Keep up with current food trends and develop new drink recipes as needed.
- Upsell products when appropriate.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle any situation calmly and professionally.
- Outstanding knowledge of coffee making techniques, latte art skills is preferred but not required.
- Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written in English & Arabic language (preferred).
- Must have a positive attitude with the ability to work well independently or in a team environment under pressure.
