• Maintain the scope of work, procedures and schedules are adhered to achieve project objectives aligned with the Client needs and KCC abilities.
• Controls, monitoring and reviewing projects progress with all concerned departments in head office and on‑sites for all kind of activities that are related to the project planning to submit reports on time as per Report Frequency List.
• Assess the Contractor project program to ensure that it was acceptable with resource, cost loading and properly updates it on regular basis.
• Compeer the project progress against the master schedule and the Contractor’s Construction Program to analyze any areas in delay (or ahead of the schedule) and report to the project team thereon.
• Raise early warnings of potential risks to project delivery in order to identify solutions therefore, in conjunction with the Project Team; recognising programmed activities as necessary to mitigate any time, disruption or cost impact and to expedite the work to finish the project on time.
• Evaluate, in conjunction with the Engineer, the Contractor’s monthly progress report and application for payment and arrange for any necessary adjustments thereto.
• Monitor construction progress on‑site and assist the Project Team in the preparation of recovery action plans to address the delays and keep the project on the right track.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Civil Engineering or Any Related Course.
• +5 years of experience in Technical Office Concerns and Planning Techniques.
• Extensive familiarity on Technical Planning Scope of Works. Familiar with all the Planning Engineering Methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools and manpower allocations related to Planning Scope of Works for building projects.
• Knowledge on Primavera P6 or advance version, SPS, Mini- Tab.
• Other related software in Planning Works. Fluent in English.
• MS Office, Working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of Planning Engineering and the Basic Requirements of other Engineering fields.
