Cordant Solution Sales Manager

Our team offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of computerized machine condition monitoring and protection (Bently Nevada) services as well as AI/ML driven software solutions for Asset Performance Management called Cordant Solutions. We help our customers and partners to achieve outstanding levels of reliability through our innovative suite of hardware and software solutions.

Take ownership for business growth

As a Bently Nevada / Industrial Solutions Sales Manager, you will have complete ownership of the sales strategy for all customers in the Saudi market. You will be responsible for ensuring positioning Baker Hughes as Partner of Choice, handle large customers and set the right strategy to meet and exceed customer expectations and business growth requirements.

You will also be responsible for:

  1. Owning the Orders Annual Plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics such as cash and receivables.
  2. Building customer relationships at different levels for the purpose of Business development and Sales.
  3. Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conducting sales presentations and generating new opportunities and promoting New Products and Solutions.
  4. Driving aggressive growth targets and addressing volume and timing.
  5. Developing consultant’s awareness and knowledge on key Bently Nevada / Cordant Solutions technologies and working with them on specifications.
  6. Demonstrating commercial and technical expertise in specific market and lead opportunity planning.
  7. Owning regional future planning and forecasting for Bently Nevada in the region specified.
  8. Driving cross-functional coordination with the Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering and Project Management teams.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, below are the suggested skillsets:

  1. Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  2. Have 5+ years of experience in direct sales, customer service and operations for Vibration Condition Monitoring or Digital software or Rotating Equipment.
  3. Have strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  4. Have strong customer-focused skills.
  5. Have the Capability of hosting / facilitating discussion at meetings.
  6. Be legally entitled to work in Saudi without company sponsorship or time restriction.
