Job summary

A global logistics provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced operations professional for managing inbound and outbound orders, reporting, and customer inquiries. The role demands a Bachelor's degree in Maritime and Transport science and a minimum of 2 years in a similar environment. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential along with strong skills in WMS/ERP systems. This position requires hands-on operational expertise and a problem-solving mindset, with flexibility for weekend duties based on business needs.

  • Manage inbound and outbound orders and execute distribution planning.
  • Generate reports for customer KPIs and staff attendance.

  • Coordinate with procurement and execution teams.
  • Assist in daily operations and report capacity issues.

Job description
Operations
  • Receiving, planning, booking, processing, and monitoring execution of customer's inbound and outbound orders; and Distribution planning & execution
  • Generate and maintain the following reports for the relevant customer (Plant Dispatch Report, Stock Receiving Report, Inbound Report, Port Shuttling Report, Customs Clearance plus Daily & Monthly KPIs Report & Staff Attendance Report).
  • Troubleshooting and solving customer's issues and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Local Procurement, Vendor Manager and Execution team for procurement, forecasting and daily operations.
  • Assisting Hub Distribution Supervisor in daily execution of operations
  • Arranging Empty Container inventory as per flow
  • Report issues of Trucking Capacity, Storage capacity, people capacity, equipment capacity to direct supervisor.
  • Engage actively in work improvement projects.
  • Engage in new customers implementation projects.
Customer Services
  • Handle all customer(s)’ requests in accordance to SLA and contractual obligations.
  • Assist Supervisor in preparation of monthly business review meetings with the customer.
  • Constant coordination with customer focal point for volumes forecast and accordingly planning the trucking / distribution capacity.
Reporting & Invoicing
  • Responsible for creating monthly service invoice and tackling customer(s)’ inquiries.
  • Ensures that Performance reports, invoicing are timely and accurate
  • Jobholder should expect to carry out his/her duties even beyond the Office working hours.

To ensure the business continuity, Weekends/Holidays duties will be assigned to Job-holder based on the business needs and workload management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Maritime and Transport science. (Business Administration as an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Based around King Abdullah Economic city / Rabigh area. The facility is based in King Abdullah Economic zone and

Incumbent must attend his/her work daily at site.
