Job summary

A global energy leader in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to manage logistics operations and ensure effective warehouse management. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics, including 2-3 years in a lead role. A university degree in logistics or equivalent experience is required, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with SAP.

• 8 years of Warehouse and logistic Experience, 2 to 3 years as WH & Logistics Coordinator/Lead.
• Certified Planning and Inventory Management (Good to have).

Job Purpose

Manage and lead a team of warehouse and logistics operations and inbound in order to ensure timely and accurate processing of demands.

Job Description

Work in safe manner and follow safety policies - (Mandatory)

Ensure effective and timely implementation of all warehouse operations

Develop and initiate monthly reports.

Supervise a team of technicians and operators

Support inventory management

Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages.

Plan and arrange logistics required transportation

Support simplification, Standardization, and Industrialization (SSI)

Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvements.

Strong knowledge in SAP and warehouse management system.

You Are Meant For This Job If

• REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
  • CEFR CA or Greater English Communication Skills
  • University degree in logistics or equivalent experience
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 8 years Warehouse and logistic Experience, 2 to 3 years as WH & Logistics Coordinator/Lead
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):
  • Certified Planning and Inventory Management. (Good to have)
