Job description

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the Food & Beverage industry in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh .

The Operations Managerisresponsible for efficiently managing the order fulfillment process for both B2B and B2C customer segments. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of orders, from receipt to dispatch, to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Handling B2B and B2C orders by entering them into the system, scheduling them for shipping, and working with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Providing regular updates to customers on order status, including any delays, changes, or issues in fulfillment and resolve their inquiries.
  • Ensuring that all orders have correct documentation and maintain accurate records to match system data with physical inventory.
  • Working closely with the delivery fleet and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery.
  • Monitoring stock levels in coordination with the inventory team, alerting them to low stock or potential fulfillment issues.
  • Generating and submitting regular reports on order fulfillment status, customer satisfaction, and KPIs to track efficiency and accuracy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in order processing, fulfillment, or logistics, preferably with both B2B and B2C customer segments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, customer service skills, proficiency in order management systems (ERP/WMS), and basic inventory management knowledge.
  • Demonstrating strong customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving.
