Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations and R&M KPIs.
• Lead and manage technicians and support staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Plan and prioritize workshop activities.
• Monitor inventory levels for tools and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and audits for improvements.
• Manage equipment receiving and documentation.
• Lead stripping, cleaning, and testing of equipment.
• Provide training and development for staff.
• Stay updated on industry advancements.
