Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a motivated Tele Sales Specialist to join our vibrant sales team at iSchool. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our educational products, and achieving sales targets by offering tailored solutions to parents and students.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in discussions about iSchool's educational offerings.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about available courses and services.
  • Build and manage a customer pipeline through follow-up calls and effective relationship management.
  • Assist customers in understanding the benefits of our programs, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications
