JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a Technical Senior Specialist in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to play a key role in the development of state-of-the-art theme park facilities. This position involves leading MEP design and implementation for intricate systems that ensure the seamless operation of attractions and amenities, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP design development for theme park projects, ensuring all systems are integrated effectively with the overall architectural and operational designs.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, architects, and contractors, to provide technical guidance and optimize MEP solutions.
• Review and approve designs and specifications for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installations align with project specifications and operational requirements.
• Provide technical support during construction, addressing MEP issues and challenges as they arise.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and local authorities, to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
• Stay up to date with technological advancements in MEP systems and evaluate new products and materials for potential use in projects.
• Manage project schedules and budgets related to MEP components, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior engineers in MEP design principles and best practices.
