Job Summary
One of our Clients are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support organizational growth. This role manages the full recruitment cycle—from understanding hiring needs to onboarding new employees—while partnering closely with department leaders to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Post job openings across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Proactively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Develop relationships with potential talent and maintain proactive engagement.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.
- Guide candidates through offer stages and assist with negotiation and onboarding processes.
Employer Branding
- Support employer brand initiatives through social media, recruitment marketing, and career-page updates.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community recruitment activities.
Process Improvement
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interviewing and assessment abilities.
