Job summary

A leading oil and gas company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a qualified candidate to collect and analyze supplier performance data, define KPIs, and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Strong communication skills and proficiency in both English and Arabic are essential. A bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent is required. • Collect weekly data on supplier performance, pricing, cost allocation, purchasing, item lead-time; identify gaps and areas for improvement with IKTVA in mind.
• Define departmental KPIs with management and continually highlight areas for improvement.
• Ensure HSE compliance for themselves and their suppliers, and adhere to all company policies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of English language; Arabic is a must.
