The role involves leading the full lifecycle of property and facilities operations, including strategic planning, governance, project management, and cost optimization. Candidates must have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 15–20 years’ experience in properties and facilities management. The position offers an opportunity to ensure quality and safety across all sites while driving significant expansion projects.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in properties and facilities management across multi-site, multi-country operations.
• Proven track record in site acquisition, contracts negotiation, design, fit-out, and facilities operations.
• Strong experience managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
• Hands-on experience with CAFM systems, digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for property and facilities management.
• Oversee branch openings from site acquisition to design and fit-out.
• Manage contract negotiations with landlords and developers.
• Monitor construction and fit-out execution.
• Manage full facilities operations including maintenance.
• Drive branch expansion plans and analyze feasibility.
• Implement governance and performance KPIs.
