Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant accounting / commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for all financial matters including monthly reporting.
• Report business financial performance to senior management.
• Ownership for annual budget and forecasts.
• Ensure forecasting accuracy through rolling forecast.
• Ownership of monthly customer billing.
• Drive sustainable working capital improvements.
• Manage business finance team including recruitment.
• Assist during client audits and dispute management.
• Ensure effective control environment through compliance.

Skills

Commercial experience with good understanding of cost models

Previous experience of managing and developing teams

Track record in people management

Good IT / Systems knowledge

Experience of business partnering
