Job summary

A strategic joint venture in logistics is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role supports organizational goals, providing strategic HR guidance and managing day-to-day HR activities. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing performance processes, and leading HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR or Business Administration, has at least 7 years of HR experience, and ideally possesses SHRM or CIPD certifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR with a proven track record in strategic HR support.
  • SHRM or CIPD certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and business units to develop HR strategies aligned with goals.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support, managing performance processes and advising on best practices.
  • Coordinate and lead HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage workforce planning and support employee development initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies ensuring adherence across business units.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics such as employee performance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
Ability to manage complex HR issues and collaborate effectively with senior leadership
Proficiency in data analysis for HR reporting and strategic planning

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
