Job summary

A leading media production company in Medina is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Very good English (written and spoken); Arabic is a must.
  • Good knowledge of document management and archiving systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule and appointments.
  • Handle emails professionally on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain an efficient digital and physical filing system.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
