In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of collaborative environments across our diverse projects. By harnessing cutting-edge design methodologies, your role will be instrumental in fostering creativity, innovation, and teamwork throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of collaborative spaces that enhance communication and teamwork within and across project teams.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create inclusive and functional environments that promote collaboration.
• Implement best practices in collaborative design, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather input from team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and workflows to continuously improve collaborative design outcomes.
• Ensure that collaborative design solutions are user-centered, ergonomic, and adaptable to changing needs.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of design concepts and strategies across various projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
