Tamkeen Technologies is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Senior Analyst in Legal to join our legal department. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's legal needs, including contract analysis, compliance, and risk management. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all legal documents are in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of corporate law, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively. Responsibilities
  • Advise management and HR on labor law, employment contracts, terminations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Draft, review, and update employment agreements, internal policies, and HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure company practices comply with labor regulations and employment standards (e.g., GOSI, Nitaqat, end-of-service rules in Saudi Arabia).
  • Represent or support the company in labor disputes, mediation, or regulatory inspections.
  • Provide legal input on employee investigations, warnings, and grievances.
  • Assist in general legal tasks such as contract drafting, regulatory filings, and legal research.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
