Job Purpose

Promoting and selling real estate residential properties, building relationships with clients, conducting property presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the projects.

Key Accountability Areas
Client Engagement
  • Meet with potential buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Conduct tours of villa projects, showcasing features and amenities to highlight their appeal.
  • Maintain relationships with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Market Research and Lead Generation
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competition to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Sales Process
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with buyers, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements.
