Drive sales growth and market share for Alfanar Building Systems’ precast solutions through proactive engagement with clients, consultants, and contractors. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets in the precast concrete segment.

Key Accountability Areas
Projects Sales
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote precast products and solutions within the Saudi market.
  • Identify and target potential clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and projects to ensure conversion and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects using CRM systems and internal sales tools.
Market & Client Relations
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the construction sector.
  • Conduct regular market visits to stay updated on ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends related to precast systems.
  • Represent Alfanar Building Systems professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and production teams to ensure technical compliance and delivery feasibility.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Ensure all client interactions and project details are accurately documented in the CRM.

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.

  • Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
