A leading utilities company in Medina Province is looking for a Business Analyst to enhance digital transformation efforts. The role involves comprehensive business needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution design. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of process mapping and professional certification is preferred. This role contributes to the organization's growth and quality standards.
To analyze business needs, develop value-driven business cases, and support the implementation of digital transformation methodologies across Marafiq.
1.Contribute to the planning and organizing of the work for DTO team members to support timely achievement of unit objectives in line with quality standards.
2.Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to assigned teams to support their overall development.
3.Promote the organization’s values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.
4.Engage with stakeholders to identify business challenges, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for digital enablement.
5.Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to gather and validate business requirements.
6.Document and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
7.Map existing business processes (as-is) and design improved workflows (to-be) that align with digital transformation goals.
8.Identify pain points, process gaps, and automation opportunities across business units.
9.Support the standardization of processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
10.Collaborate with architects, data specialists, and developers to co-design solutions that meet business needs.
11.Participate in solution evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and vendor assessments as needed.
12.Ensure that proposed digital tools or platforms align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
13.Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes.
14.Coordinate with business units to ensure successful validation of deliverables and readiness for deployment.
15.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to build high levels of trust and understanding, while upholding the highest standards of business ethics and integrity and promptly addressing critical issues, contributing to the realization of Marafiq's growth agenda.
16.Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
17.Provide input and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, or digital initiatives, preferably within the utilities, infrastructure, public sector or related field.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred.
