As a Spa Therapist at our prestigious resort, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa experiences to our discerning guests, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, facials, and other wellness therapies
• Customize treatments to meet individual guest needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and tranquil spa environment
• Educate guests on various treatments and provide recommendations for home care
• Assist in the promotion of spa services and products
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the spa team to maintain the highest standards of guest service
• Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
• Proven experience as a spa therapist in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Proficiency in various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and body treatments
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Additional certifications in specific spa treatments (preferred)
• Knowledge of various spa and wellness treatments
