POSITION SUMMARY

Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, including the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Offer amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows. Answer questions about property information and amenities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Check for updates and schedule changes regularly throughout the day. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas. Dispose of trash and linens properly. Secure supplies and equipment at shift end. Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies; ensure a professional appearance; protect assets. Anticipate and address guest needs; thank guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally. Develop positive relationships with colleagues. Meet quality standards. Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
