We are currently searching for a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Solution Sales Specialist - ITSM to join our Sales Department and play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients.

This is a sales position that requires high commitment, the ability to build long-term relationships, and a passion for technology.

The candidate should have experience selling and presenting IT solutions in at least one of the following domains: Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate involvement of company personnel (business development, support, service, marketing, customer success, and management) to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
  • Lead solution development efforts that address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred).
  • Inbound Sales (must).
  • Sales Enablement (must).
Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in enterprise sales or related position.
  • Sales experience in IT Service Management or ISO Consultation Services.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Customer-centric and good listener.
  • Ability to contribute consistently in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
  • Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.
