The company provides Omni‑Channel communication APIs enabling enterprises and developers to communicate with their customer base worldwide.
As a Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical liaison between the sales team and prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to understand client needs and demonstrate how the company's CPaaS/SaaS solutions, enhanced by AI capabilities, can address those needs effectively. This role involves crafting tailored solutions, delivering compelling demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre‑sales to implementation. The right candidate will come from a software development background, know the SDLC well, and will not be a network or security engineer.
The role is based in Riyadh onsite, so you will already be based in Saudi Arabia. The position will involve building industry‑specific use cases utilizing CEQUENS products and solutions, showcasing the value and impact of the CEQUENS platforms. It will lead on RFP/RFI submissions and act as liaison between different departments to cover technical and business requirements to ensure best‑optimal results achieved.
