About the Role

We work with brands and clients to deliver successful F&B marketing campaigns with partners from developers, hotel groups and individual restaurants. Our marketing services include marketing planning and strategy development, content creation, marketing implementation, social media management, advertising, reporting and analytics. We require a Social Media Executive to join our team to lead on the social media content, planning and management for client marketing projects.

Responsibilities
  • Plan the social calendar and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.
  • Develop in‑house content such as reels and TikTok videos.
  • Be present at venues to capture content.
  • Suggest ways to build our community and encourage footfall/reservations.
  • Develop plans to increase following and engagement.
  • Build engagement & visibility through community management.
  • Write photography briefs based on content requirements.
  • Schedule and oversee photoshoots.
  • Work on quarterly video briefs with a videographer to capture content.
  • Write and create email campaigns in line with the strategy.
  • Build a database via data collection and competitions.
  • Work with the operations team to develop promotions and product innovation.
  • Circulate monthly promotions tracker and notifications to the internal team.
  • Keep marketing trackers and calendars up to date.
  • Attend internal brand meetings, issue meeting minutes and update agendas.
  • Update website changes and menus.
  • Organise calendar invites, influencer and admin tasks.
  • Uphold company image and tone of voice across all media channels.
  • Action additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • Local market knowledge of Saudi Arabia.
  • Previous marketing hospitality experience (ideal but not essential).
  • Experience creating content and managing/growing socials.
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, leisure, and lifestyle trends.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • A self‑starter and well‑organised.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience working on B2C brands.
