Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Account Manager to oversee and manage social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement with target audience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage all social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into our strategy.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement.
  • Stay informed about relevant social media policies, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
