The Opportunity

The SJ Graduate Development Program (GDP) in the KSA is a two-year immersive journey designed to propel your career in the built environment across engineering and infrastructure.


Through structured training, hands‑on experience, mentorship, and cross‑functional rotations, you’ll gain expertise in technical skills, digital fluency, business acumen and leadership development.


You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, engage in real‑world projects, and build a strong foundation for a successful career.


Over the Two Years, You Can Expect To


  • Work on real‑world projects and contribute to live infrastructure, engineering, and sustainability projects that shape cities and communities.

  • Learn from the industry's best experts and develop skills in design, project management, digital transformation (BIM, AI), and risk consulting.

  • Corporate consulting exposure by engaging with senior leaders and participating in strategic business discussions to deliver on client‑focused solutions.

  • Leadership development opportunities to build your leadership journey through workshops, coaching, and leaders' mentorship.

  • Expand your career network and gain access to global industry professionals, peer learning communities, and cross‑functional collaboration opportunities.


As part of the program, you will also be on a quarterly rotation schedule across the business functions and specialist domains, with the opportunity to complete one rotation outside of your base station or country.


About You


  • Graduates within the last 2 years

  • 0‑2 years working industry experience

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to effectively manage one's time and workload

  • A developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles
