Job summary

A leading manpower provider is seeking an experienced Material Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to manage materials for upcoming shutdowns. The role involves ensuring timely availability and tracking of materials as per SABIC procedures, requiring strong organizational skills and at least 5-7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain and knowledge of mechanical and electrical materials. This position offers a contract for two months, with duty hours of 12 per day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Material Coordinator in related projects.
• Prior experience in SABIC shutdowns is highly preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Ensure materials comply with SABIC specifications.
• Monitor material availability and highlight shortages.
• Prepare and maintain material tracking sheets.
• Track consumables and ensure accountability during shutdowns.
